Responsible for installation of both voice and data cabling in business environment.

You must be able to use a ladder, go into crawl spaces and attics.

You must have good work habits, be dependable and the desire to learn.

You will be required to dress appropriately and have a good appearance and attitude at all times.

The ability to be given a task and completing it by yourself.

The ability to work with others.

Knowledge of building construction very helpful.

Knowledge of voice and data networking standards helpful, but not required.

Knowledge of blueprints and the ability to read them helpful, but not required.

You will be required to go out of town, sometimes for an extended time.

You must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.

You must have a valid Nebraska driver’s license and dependable transportation to get to work.

This position will be responsible for the installation, programming, testing and maintenance of various types of telecommunications equipment and systems, voice over IP, sound systems and paging, and other communication devices.

Knowledge of voice communication systems (hardware and software).

Ability to read and interpret documents, such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

Solid communication skills, with the ability to write routine reports and correspond with teammates and supervisors.

You must have experience in installation of communication equipment in the business environment.

You must be computer knowledgeable and understand IP addressing and networking.

You must be dependable with good working habits, with the desire to learn and progress in this evolving business.
